Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences consulting or strategic advisory.
• Strong knowledge of Life Sciences value chain (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial).
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into practical consulting and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience in digital transformation, data, AI/GenAI, automation or operational excellence programs.

Day‑to‑Day Job Duties

• Serve as a Life Sciences SME, advising clients across Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, and Healthcare organizations.
• Lead consulting engagements, executive discussions, workshops, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute Life Sciences go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies, value propositions, and industry offerings.
• Support sales pursuits, RFPs/RFIs, proposals, solution workshops, and deal shaping activities.
• Collaborate with consulting, technology, delivery, and sales teams to design business and technology solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop thought leadership, reusable assets, best practices, and industry insights.
• Mentor team members and contribute to Life Sciences practice growth.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting, industry operations, or strategic advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Life Sciences value chain, including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.
• Experience developing GTM strategies and supporting business development initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into practical consulting and technology solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, data, AI/GenAI, automation, or operational excellence programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience with global Life Sciences organizations.
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, and Automation solutions.
• Experience in pre‑sales, solutioning, proposal development, and pursuit support.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead strategic business conversations.
