Life Science Consultant, Learning Systems Administrator

Position: Life Science Consultant, Learning Systems Administrator
Location: Remote, India
Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Learning Systems Administrator to support global Learning & Development platforms. The role will focus on content management, system administration, and testing across key learning technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with global teams to ensure smooth learning operations, high system availability, and effective learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration & Content Management
  • Upload, update, and maintain learning content (SCORM, documents, records) across Xyleme (LCMS), Cornerstone OnDemand (LMS), and EdCast (LXP).
  • Manage folder structures, version control, and support localization needs (Xyleme).
  • Maintain learning records and assignments in Cornerstone.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before system updates go live.
  • Document test outcomes and escalating issues to IT when required.
• Support & IT Coordination
  • Handle IT-related requests and escalate through ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Provide end-user support for system-related issues.
• Content Migration (Future)
  • Support learning content migration planning and execution (major migration planned for end of 2026).

Requirements

• Mandatory system experience:
  • Xyleme (LCMS) - priority.
  • Cornerstone OnDemand (LMS).
  • EdCast (LXP).
• 3-7 years of experience in LMS/LCMS/LXP administration.
• Strong understanding of content management (uploading, maintaining, version control—not content creation).
• Experience with UAT testing and documenting outcomes.
• Prior exposure to IT request/ticket handling (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, able to collaborate with global teams.
• Flexibility to work US time zones.

Nice-to-Have (but not mandatory)

• Experience with additional learning platforms (Workday, NovoEd, 7TAPS, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with content migration best practices.
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated corporate environments.
