Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking an experienced actuarial professional to develop and validate life insurance models, with focus on international markets, especially the US.

You will work on PathWise modeling, testing, and client-facing solutions, driving automation and transformation across global clients, while ensuring data privacy and quality.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Life Insurance and actuarial modeling.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• IAI, SOA or IFoA affiliation with 4–12 actuarial exams passed.
• Good exposure to PathWise modeling.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, actuarial concepts and model testing and validation.
• Knowledge of US life insurance products and Benefit Illustrations is preferred.
• Experience with international markets, esp. the US; Indian life insurance exposure is preferred.
• Familiarity with actuarial modeling tools such as Polysystem, MG-ALFA, GGY AXIS, Prophet is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R is desirable.

• Good exposure to PathWise modeling.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, actuarial concepts and model testing and validation.
• Knowledge of US life insurance products and Benefit Illustrations is preferred.
• Experience working with international markets, particularly the US; Indian life insurance market exposure is also preferred.
• Familiarity with actuarial modeling tools such as Polysystem, MG-ALFA, GGY AXIS, Prophet or other actuarial software is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment and collaborate with cross-cultural teams.
