The role requires 10+ years in hospital compliance, with deep knowledge of NABH standards and regulatory frameworks. You will manage licenses, liaise with authorities, and drive governance initiatives while training teams on regulatory requirements.

Formación

• MBA/MHA with 10+ years in hospital compliance and liaisoning.
• Strong knowledge of NABH, licensing, biomedical waste, fire safety, clinical establishment requirements.
• Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory agencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple compliance projects independently.
• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
• Manage hospital licenses, registrations, renewals, and approvals from regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with government departments, local authorities, municipal corporations, health departments, fire department, pollution control board, labor authorities and other agencies.
• Coordinate and facilitate inspections, audits, and compliance reviews by authorities.
• Monitor changes in healthcare regulations and implement timely changes.
• Maintain compliance documentation, records, and reports as required.
• Support leadership in risk assessment, governance, and compliance monitoring.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and government officials.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions for compliance observations.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory requirements.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Compliance & Liaisoning to oversee regulatory compliance, statutory approvals, and government liaisoning activities for a leading healthcare organization in Pune. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of hospital regulations, licensing requirements, and stakeholder management with various regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage hospital licenses, registrations, renewals, and approvals from regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with government departments, local authorities, municipal corporations, health departments, fire department, pollution control board, labor authorities, and other statutory agencies.
• Coordinate and facilitate inspections, audits, and compliance reviews by regulatory authorities.
• Monitor changes in healthcare regulations and ensure timely implementation within the hospital.
• Maintain compliance documentation, records, and reports as per organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Support hospital leadership in risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and governance initiatives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and government officials.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions for compliance-related observations and findings.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory and compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA / MHA with 10+ years of experience in hospital compliance, regulatory affairs, and liaisoning.
• Strong understanding of hospital licensing, NABH standards, biomedical waste regulations, fire safety norms, clinical establishment requirements, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
• Experience in dealing with government authorities, local bodies, and healthcare regulatory agencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple compliance projects and regulatory approvals independently.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
