DD hosts webinars to keep retail investors updated and provides exclusive opportunities for stressless wealth creation. The company aims to help individuals apply the stressless trading method, generate consistent cash flow, and recover losses while gaining confidence in their trading. DD has its office in Nagpur (India) & Atlanta (US).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Liason Officer with Stock Brokers to establish, nurture, and expand partnerships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic alliances, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our company and brokers to drive mutual growth. We are seeking candidates for remote, on site and hybrid mode.

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.

·Identify and acquire new Brokers PAN India

·Onboard new brokers to expand our network.

·The Broker Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with brokerage partners (Brokers providing DEMAT account), coordinating trading activities, and providing support to retail investors.

·The role involves facilitating communication between brokers and clients with Dozen Diamonds Company, ensuring smooth trading operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

·Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term engagement.

·Negotiate terms and agreements to align with company objectives and broker expectations.

·Collaborate with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.

·Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.

·Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions and value propositions.

·Regularly analyze broker performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.

·Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement broker-related promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

·3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services, or a similar role.

·Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.

·Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

·Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.

·Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.

·Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

·Attention to detail and accuracy in trading transactions

·Experience in fintech or trading-related industries is a plus.
