Woodside Global Solutions in Bengaluru is hiring an L3 AI Developer - Platform to design, build, and maintain reusable AI platform components that enable scalable, secure AI delivery across the enterprise.

The role focuses on frameworks, APIs, and services for Generative AI and ML, aligned with platform standards and governance, partnering with global platform practices to accelerate AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years in AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Proficiency in Python and API development (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of model hosting, inference APIs, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, Well-Architected Framework and security standards.

The L3 AI Developer - Platform is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining

reusable AI platform components that enable scalable, secure, and reliable delivery of AI

solutions across the enterprise.

This role focuses on implementing frameworks, APIs, and services that support Generative AI and machine learning capabilities, ensuring compliance with platform standards and governance. Working closely with the AI Platform Lead and global platform practices, the AI Developer contributes to accelerating AI adoption through robust, maintainable, and high-performance platform capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Safety & Operational Excellence

Follow secure coding practices and ensure compliance with enterprise cybersecurity

and Responsible AI principles.

Contribute to reducing operational risk by implementing reliable and auditable

Technical Delivery

Develop and maintain reusable AI platform services, APIs, and frameworks that

enable rapid deployment of AI solutions.

Implement scalable and modular components for model hosting, inference, and

orchestration.

Ensure platform components meet performance, reliability, and observability

standards.

Collaborate with platform architects and AI Platform Lead to align development with

enterprise architecture and platform strategy.

Document technical designs, workflows, and deployment processes for knowledge

sharing and compliance.

Work closely with AI Platform Lead, AI Tech Chapter Lead, and other developers to

Engage with data engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud teams to ensure secure and

compliant integrations.

Participate in peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of platform

Key Accountabilities

• Delivery of high-quality, reusable platform components that accelerate AI solution
• development.
• Compliance with platform standards, security, and governance requirements.
• Effective collaboration with platform and AI teams to enable adoption of platform
• capabilities.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with strong exposure to platform engineering or backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face,

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with API development (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes),
• and CI/CD pipelines.

• databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, Well-Architected Framework and enterprise
• security standards.
