An IT technical network support job involves providing technical assistance to organizations in managing and maintaining their computer network systems. The main responsibility of an IT technical network support specialist is to ensure that the network systems are working efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
2. Interact with staff to resolve system problems related to software and hardware issues
3. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
4. Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
5. Knowledge of network connectivity including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers
6. Ensure network security by implementing security protocols and performing regular backups.

Qualifications:

2. The ability to identify problems, research solutions, and implement fixes
