Job description

Head: Information Technology: Jainx Capital Finance Pvt. Ltd

The captioned Company is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC-Non Deposit-ICC-Type-II (Hybrid)) engaged in Investment and Credit activities. The company is looking to hire an experienced candidate in the field of Information Technology with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in reputed NBFCs, banks, or other financial institutions. The position involves the following key responsibilities:

  1. Handle the IT portfolio independently or with assigned key functional areas.
  2. Possess a B-Tech in IT or MCA qualification.
  3. Eligible for a CTC of Rs 12-18 Lacs per annum based on experience and eligibility.
  4. Experience in handling software related to Credit Appraisal, Credit Approval, Credit Initiation, Credit Collection, Policy revisions, and training.
  5. Manage escalations from business and resolve within SLA.
  6. Manage and maintain Active Directory.
  7. Perform troubleshooting and maintenance in Windows 7/10 and Windows Server environments.
  8. Install software like SQL Server, SharePoint, Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio, etc.
  9. Handle infrastructure support tickets and operating system deployment/migration.
  10. Test and deploy MS patches, provide remote support using SCCM.
  11. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage server shares, and troubleshoot antivirus issues.
  12. Identify system faults, coordinate with vendors, maintain software and asset inventory.
  13. Install and configure network printers, troubleshoot MS-Outlook, support video conferencing.
  14. Address customer-reported issues within SLA, coordinate network issues, oversee IT operations.
  15. Design and implement IT strategies and infrastructure, assess new equipment/software needs.
  16. Manage capacity, recruit/train IT staff, conduct IT inductions.
  17. Create SOPs for loan products, support in-house applications, communicate incidents and downtimes.
  18. Coordinate with teams, develop teamwork, create KEDB for incidents, escalate issues as needed.
  19. Manage IT budgeting, KPIs, training, project rollouts, and resource allocation.
  20. Handle any other issues as they arise.
