Sr Manager/Manager - Influencer Marketing
Role Overview:
Were looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Executive to lead and scale our influencer campaigns across platforms. Youll work closely with content, brand, and growth teams to build a strong community of brand advocates and drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and optimize campaign strategies
- Collaborate with creative and social teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay on top of influencer trends, platforms, and cultural moments
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in D2C/lifestyle brands
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of performance tracking tools
- Passion for fashion, eyewear, and creator culture
