• Gather, collect, and extract data from various primary and secondary sources (e.g., databases, APIs, CRM systems, web scraping).
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data collection systems and databases to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Implement efficient ways of collecting data and optimizing data workflows.
• Cleanse and preprocess raw data to identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, missing values, and outliers.
• Transform data into a usable format for analysis, including aggregation, reshaping, and enrichment.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Apply various statistical techniques and analytical methods to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
• Conduct diagnostic and predictive analytics to understand why certain events occurred and forecast future outcomes.
• Identify key metrics (KPIs) and track performance against business goals.
