  • Vet contracts, notices, and draft responses.

Role & responsibilities
  • Drafting documents and attend legal procedures, as required from time to time.
  • To liaise with the Advocates/ Solicitors of the Company and accordingly update management on issues from time to time
  • To handle all the regulatory and legal work and liaise with the regulator and external lawyers for compliance of the same.
  • To maintain and review legal documents.
  • To prepare draft of documents such as Conveyance Deed, Lease Deeds, Flat Buyers Agreement, Leave & License, Lease, Mortgage deeds, etc as required.
  • Registration of projects under RERA, coordination with internal team for procurement of various certificate under RERA
  • To handle and scrutinize entire documentation process from the execution to registration.
  • To vet various contracts, notices, letters, draft responses, etc.
Preferred candidate profile
  • 3+ Years of Experience with Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise legal documents and negotiate favourable terms and conditions
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices, with a focus on non-litigation aspects of real estate transactions.
