The ideal candidate should have completed or be pursuing an LLB and possess knowledge of MS Office. This position requires immediate joining and offers a salary range of ₹18k to ₹25k CTC.

Overview

Position Name- AR (NI-138) LEGAL EXECUTIVE

Location : Head Office

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Remuneration/Salary: 18k to 25k CTC

Immediately Joiner: most preferable.

Working Details: Mon to Sat (10am - 6:30pm)

KRA

1. To appear in cases u/s 138 NI Act/25 PS Act on behalf of the company.
2. To coordinate with the em-paneled lawyers of the Company for the preparation of the cases.
3. To appear in the behalf the company in cases u/s 156(3) Cr P C & 200 Cr P C filed by the company.
4. To appear in the cases filed against the company like revision, appeal, criminal complaints, consumer complaints, execution, civil suits, etc.
5. To appear in High Court for various cases filed by/against the Company like Appeals, Writ Petitions, etc.

Requirements

• LLB completed / Pursuing
• Having knowledge of Ms Office
