Job summary

ELV Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking a legal professional with 1–2 years in real estate to handle land-related due diligence, drafting, and document vetting. The role involves coordinating with departments to prepare agreements and ensure compliance.

You will manage cases, attend to registrations, and respond to client inquiries while maintaining comprehensive project files. Kannada reading/writing may be required, with full-time on-site work in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) required.
• Min 1 year experience in the real estate industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research.

• Maintaining legal documents of all projects.
• Solving legal queries of customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Scrutiny of Land Records and preparing Legal Opinion of various Projects.
• Maintaining Legal Documents of all the Projects.
• Solving Legal queries of Customers.
• Drafting of Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Joint Development Agreement, General power of Attorney, Construction Agreements, Notices, Declarations and all other agreements relating to the Land or Projects, NDA and all types conveyance.
• Attending Court whenever required, Co-ordinate with the panel advocates, updating the legal stages, Briefing the management.
• Liaoning of Legal Documents (applying of documents from various departments like Sub Registrar, Taluk Offices, DC office etc.). whenever required by the management.
• All kind of Litigation and Non-Litigation works as per company’s requirement.
• Handling Indoor and Outdoor both the works as per the requirement.
• Co-ordinating with various bank for project approvals.
• Verifying various legal documents apart from land document scrutiny.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Minimum 1 of experience in the real estate industry are preferred.
• Total Experience1-2 years
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, word, PowerPoint, l must be good researcher in legal field.
