Education: Full Time Integrated LLB from Premier Institute

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Location: Corporate Office, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting In-house search for availability of trademarks and advising business on adoption of marks
• To assist in drafting/vetting legal notices for trademark/copyright infringement and co-ordinating with the external counsel
• To assist in drafting/vetting plaints/ affidavits for trademark infringement related suits; Trademark Opposition proceedings
• Advising business on Brand adoption and trademark registration in India and foreign countries
• In-house screening of trademark journals
• Maintenance of database of Trademark application/registration/litigation
• Checking of all attorneys invoices for all IPR related matters
• Prior Experience in Trademark and Patent would be preferred
