Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice on Indian regulatory frameworks (RBI, FEMA, IFSCA, PMLA, DPDPA).
• Partner with product, compliance, and business teams to design and launch OpenFX's India offerings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, client agreements, and banking arrangements.
• Provide legal support for the Bangalore office (corporate governance, employment, vendor agreements).
• Collaborate with global legal colleagues in the US, UK, and EU.
