Job summary

OpenFX is hiring a Legal Counsel in Bengaluru to partner with India operations and support global scaling. You will provide practical legal advice on Indian regulatory frameworks (RBI, FEMA, IFSCA) and help design compliant product offerings for the India market.

You will negotiate complex commercial contracts, manage corporate governance, employment and operational legal needs for the Bengaluru hub, and contribute to the global legal function across the US, UK, and EU.

Qualifications

• LLB or equivalent degree and qualified to practice in India (State Bar/BCI).
• 5+ years of legal experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Knowledge of crypto-assets and stablecoins is preferred.
