Job summary

Leading Fintech in Mumbai seeks a hands-on Legal Counsel with 6-8 years' PQE to join its Mumbai office.

You will draft, negotiate and vet fintech, licensing, SaaS and IT/ITES agreements, handle data protection and third-party contracts, and work on capital market and fundraising documentation.

You will build and own legal SOPs, policies and internal controls, and advise the business on regulatory matters while coordinating with external counsel on IP, arbitration and disputes.

Qualifications

• LLB degree with 6-8 years of experience in legal advisory and contract management.
• NBFC or fintech background.
• Strong drafting and vetting skills across the agreement types above.
• Based in Mumbai.
