Job summary

Leading Fintech in Mumbai seeks a Deputy Manager with 2-3 years PQE to join its in-house legal team. You will own end-to-end legal support across financing documentation, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance, working closely with business, product and finance teams to enable growth while managing legal risk.

• LLB or LLM from a reputed Indian law school/university.
• 2–3 years PQE in a reputed law firm, NBFC, bank or fintech in-house team.
• Strong drafting and negotiation across financing documents and commercial contracts.
• Working knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
• Familiarity with DPDP Act 2023, IT Act and related data laws.
• Ability to deliver output-ready work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
