At NKT, we are seeking a Group Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Affairs team and provide strategic legal guidance across a wide range of international contracts and jurisdictions. Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of contracts
• Manage disputes and lead negotiations
• Support corporate legal tasks and governance
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders across functions
• Deliver legal training to managers and colleagues

You will report to the Head of Commercial Legal and collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and group functions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor / Master of Law degree.
• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or large international company
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Experience with international commercial contracts and negotiations
• Familiarity with public procurement processes
