Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Legal Consultant for remote contract work. You will design multi-step legal prompts aligned with industry workflows and draft/edge content for AI training. This role requires sharp legal judgment, strong English communication, and experience in AI data evaluation.

You will leverage Microsoft 365 tools to produce memos, briefs, and summaries, while scoring AI analyses and suggesting improvements for the AI's handling of statutes, case law, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Have strong relevant experience in a legal role such as attorney, paralegal, or legal counsel.
• Active bar admission, paralegal certification, or equivalent legal credentials are preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
• Experience with AI training, data annotation, or evaluating AI-generated content.
