The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks related to commercial legal workflows.

4+ years in transactional law, direct ownership of redlining, negotiations, and due-diligence review are required.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements.
• Core Competency: Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or due-diligence reviewing contracts.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Train AI models on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
• Work across core workflows including: commercial contract redlines, due-diligence issue lists and memos, clause-risk analyses, NDA and vendor-agreement review, negotiation position summaries, and obligation/renewal trackers.

Compensation & Terms

• Rate: $100 per hour.
• Weekly Cap: Up to $2,000 per week.
• Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired).
• Location: Fully remote; work on your own schedule.
• Start Date: ASAP.
