• Conducting rigorous legal research and case law analysis using platforms like SCC, Manupatra, and LiveLaw.
• Representing clients and making court appearances before District Courts, High Courts, tribunals, and commissions.
• Case briefing, preparing arguments, and assisting senior advocates during hearings and trials.
• Managing case files, hearing dates, procedural compliances, limitation periods, and litigation records.
• Client coordination and assistance during conferences.

The firm represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, tribunals, appellate forums, and District Courts in complex commercial disputes, arbitrations, and civil matters. TELO is currently inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate based in South Delhi, Delhi NCR.
