ELITES LAW TEAM LLP in Delhi invites a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join the firm and handle sourcing assignments, legal vetting, opinions, due diligence, and court visits as part of daily duties.

Mandatory qualifications include a law degree, enrollment with the State Bar, AIBE clearance, and COP, plus strong English and local language skills. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of banking & finance matters are preferred.

Competenze

• Law graduate with 1–2 years of experience; preferably in a law firm.
• Must be enrolled with the State Bar Council.
• Must have cleared the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE) and possess a valid Certificate of Practice (COP).
• Proficiency in English and the local language is mandatory.
• Strong communication and research skills with a flair for fieldwork.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• Exposure to Banking & Finance matters will be preferred.

Mansioni

• Visit empaneled banks/branches for sourcing assignments, legal vetting, and preparation of legal audit reports.
• Prepare legal opinions and due diligence reports.
• Visit local and outstation Sub-Registrar Offices.
• Conduct subject property visits as required.
• Visit District Courts, Tribunals, and the High Court as instructed.
• Maintain records of completed assignments.
• Provide regular feedback and updates to seniors.
• Research court orders, online revenue records, ROC, and MCA records.
• Prepare MIS reports and submit them monthly to seniors.
