Job summary

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate or contract law.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and business transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Comfort working across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.

• Experience or interest in M&A, fundraising, or IPO processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on corporate and regulatory matters.
• Assist in M&A due diligence, transaction documentation, and compliance.
