Job summary

KK Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Corporate & Commercial Legal team in Bengaluru. You will advise on cross-border commercial matters, Indian corporate law, and governance, enabling growth while ensuring compliance.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, draft and negotiate contracts, NDAs, PoAs, and support post-merger integration when required. A CS/ICSI background is a plus; you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience with a reputable law firm or international organization.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Company Law.
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Qualified Company Secretary (preferred).
• Admission to the Bar is an added advantage.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations.
