Job summary

CryptoMize is hiring a Legal Associate for its New Delhi HQ. This full-time, permanent role requires immediate joining and focuses on contracts, compliance, regulatory analysis, and meticulous documentation to protect clients and the firm.

You will own the legal workstream of engagements, review and draft contracts and NDAs, and provide actionable regulatory guidance across data protection and privacy laws. The position offers rolling intake with compensation discussed at screening.

• Own the legal workstream of live engagements — contract review, drafting, and negotiation support — from assignment through senior sign-off
• Conduct research on the legal challenges clients confront and convert it into advice the engagement team can act on
• Guarantee engagement actions proceed in accordance with the law — flagging boundary questions before they become incidents
