Job summary

Lex Commerci in India is seeking an experienced advocate to advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters. The role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lending documentation and supporting business teams in structuring and executing transactions.

The candidate should have 3–5 years PQE, Bar Council registration, strong drafting and litigation experience, and excellent English communication. Knowledge of court procedures is essential.
