Qualifications

• A degree in LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 0 to 10 years of relevant experience in corporate law, banking, or financial services.
• Strong grasp of corporate and commercial law, as well as statutory frameworks governing the banking domain.
• Working knowledge of the Information Technology Act, Banking Regulation Act, data privacy regulations, and RBI Guidelines.
• Demonstrated proficiency in contract drafting, legal interpretation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
