Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Property Advisor with a strong background in real estate to guide clients through property-related legal documentation and compliance.

You will review, verify, and prepare sale agreements, title deeds, Encumbrance Certificates, Khata/Patta papers, and registration documents, coordinating with legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

• 26 years of experience in real estate advisory or legal documentation.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, registration, and legal processes.
• Experience in handling residential/commercial property transactions.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Advisor with a strong background in real estate who will be responsible for handling and guiding clients through property-related legal documentation and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in property transactions, legal verification, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding and completing property legal documentation including sale agreements, title deeds, and registration documents
• Conduct property title verification and ensure all documents comply with legal standards
• Coordinate with legal teams, builders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction closures
• Provide advisory support on property laws, registration processes, and compliance requirements
• Review and validate documents
• such as:
• Sale Deed Agreement to Sale
• Encumbrance Certificate
• Khata / Patta documents
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation before final submission
• Support customers throughout the end‑to‑end property buying journey
• Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations

Requirements

• 26 years of experience in real estate/property advisory/legal documentation
• Strong knowledge of property laws, registration, and legal processes
• Experience in handling residential/commercial property transactions
• Good understanding of documentation verification and compliance
• Excellent communication and client‑handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in real estate firms, legal advisory firms, or property consulting companies
• Basic legal knowledge or experience working with legal teams/advocates
• Familiarity with local property regulations
