We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our Learning & Talent team. The role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs to support employee growth and development across entry and mid-levels. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to create impactful learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and business stakeholders to identify skills development needs.
- Conduct learning needs analysis through surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
- Design and develop learning programs using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Deliver and facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops (in-person and virtual).
- Customize learning interventions using multiple formats - e-learning, instructor-led, blended.
- Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team for content updates, tracking, and reporting.
- Recommend and implement innovative tools, resources, or systems to enhance learning initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and KPIs; provide actionable insights.
- Foster a learning culture by promoting continuous development and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
- Skilled at using data and analytics to improve learning outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Instructional Design, Learning Delivery, or Learning Evaluation.
- Experience in leading organization-wide training programs.
- Creative approach to delivering impactful, engaging learning experiences.
