About the Role
Pratham’s Creativity Club Program is launching exciting new learning experiences where children can explore, create, and bring ideas to life through hands‑on projects rooted in curiosity and creativity.
We are seeking two Learning Designers who are passionate about designing meaningful learning experiences and bringing them to life in real‑world settings. The role acts as a bridge between creative design and program implementation, working closely with content and field teams to co‑create with children, educators, and communities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Design & Content Development
- Design age‑appropriate projects, activities, and modules focused on 21st‑century skills (creativity, problem‑solving, collaboration, communication).
- Develop toolkits and facilitator guides adaptable to diverse contexts.
- Co‑create content with field and design teams, ensuring alignment with grassroots realities.
- Pilot, test, and iterate content based on field feedback.
2. Project Management
- Act as a liaison between content, production, field, and M&E teams.
- Support field pilots, observe classrooms, and suggest improvements.
- Facilitate training and onboarding for facilitators and volunteers.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth rollouts.
3. Innovation & Iterative Learning
- Experiment with new formats (digital, physical, experiential) for children’s learning.
- Support field teams in documenting children’s creative processes.
- Build feedback systems to promote adaptation and collaborative learning.
4. Documentation & Data Gathering
- Capture learning activities, child‑created work, and classroom interactions (notes, photos, videos, case studies).
- Work with M&E teams to align documentation with program indicators.
- Prepare reflection reports, learning summaries, and insights to refine strategies.
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in learning design, facilitation, ed‑tech, or child‑centered programs.
- Strong writing and instructional design skills with experience in developing learner‑friendly materials.
- Ability to adapt content based on ground realities and field feedback.
- Experience with documentation, data gathering, and reporting.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and co‑creation.
