Cornerstone Workforce AI™, the intelligence platform for workforce readiness, brings together workforce and labor market data into a proprietary Cornerstone People Graph™, translating signals into intelligence, targeting learning where it matters, developing critical skills, and surfacing hidden talent. As an industry leader, Cornerstone is helping approximately 7,000 organizations, 140M+ users, across 186 countries build continuous workforce readiness.

About the Role

The Certification Program Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational and administrative work of the Cornerstone Certification Program, including certification asset creation and maintenance, LMS content administration, revenue operations support, and customer-facing certification support. You help give candidates, customers, partners, and employees a high-quality certification experience. As the program expands, you will also play a key part in content localization initiatives that are expected to significantly increase the number of assets to manage.

In This Role You Will
  • Create, update, and maintain candidate-facing certification support materials, including study guides, exercises, and exam preparation resources, in alignment with exam blueprints and content direction from the Instructional Designer (Assessment Programs).
  • Manage learner-facing content structure and administration within the LMS, ensuring certification content is accurately configured, accessible, and delivers a positive candidate experience.
  • Support revenue operations activities related to partner and customer program requirements, ensuring certification offerings are accurately represented and operationally sound.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for certification-related inquiries from customers, partners, and employees, resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex cases as appropriate.
  • Own candidate-facing communications for all certification program changes, including new credential launches, exam retirements, version updates, and grandfathering policies
  • Draft and distribute announcements across all active candidate channels: Cornerstone Community, email, ServiceNow, Cornerstone U, and Galaxy, ensuring every channel is updated simultaneously and no channel is missed
  • Maintain a communications calendar aligned to the product release schedule so candidates receive advance notice before changes take effect
  • Partner with the Certification Team Lead to ensure change communications are approved, accurate, and consistent with program branding before distribution
  • Coordinate localization of candidate-facing materials into all required languages; manage machine translation workflows and oversee human post-editing to ensure accuracy and consistency before publication
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to content administration, asset management, and support workflows.
  • Partner with the Certification Platforms Specialist, the Instructional Designer (Assessment Programs), and the broader team to ensure operational activities support program goals and deliver a seamless certification experience.
  • Build and maintain a library of knowledge articles covering common candidate inquiries (exam eligibility, scheduling, results, renewals, voucher redemption); use AI-assisted authoring tools to draft and update articles and configure automated responses that deflect routine tickets without human intervention.
  • Monitor self-service deflection rates and update the knowledge base when new inquiry types emerge or program content changes.
  • Identify, test, and implement AI-enabled automation for routine operational work; measure impact and retire unnecessary manual processes.
  • Draft status emails, record updates, and standard responses with AI assistance, with human review before anything reaches a customer or partner and recommend retiring manual steps once automation is in place.
  • Continuously maps the routine and repeatable tasks within this role, identifies automation opportunities using AI and workflow tools, proposes and implements solutions, and measures whether the automation delivers the expected time and quality improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What Success Looks Like
  • Support responsiveness: First response to certification inquiries within 1 business day and 85% resolved within 3 business days.
  • Content currency: 100% of candidate-facing materials aligned to the current product within 3 weeks of each major Cornerstone release.
  • Record accuracy: Certification program and content administration records at 99% or higher accuracy, with errors corrected within 5 business days.
  • Coordinate localization of candidate-facing materials into all required languages; manage machine translation workflows and oversee human post-editing to ensure accuracy and consistency before publication.
  • AI transformation: Baseline hours spent on status emails, record updates, and standard responses measured in the first 90 days, then reduced by 30% within 12 months, with review controls maintained.
  • Voucher redemption accuracy: 100% of redeemed vouchers reconcile to the correct partner tier and exam record with zero revenue discrepancy per reporting period.
  • All candidate-facing channels (Community, email, ServiceNow, Cornerstone U, Galaxy) are updated within a maximum of 1 business day of any program change, with no channel more than 3 days behind any other.
You Have Got What it Takes, If you Have
  • Experience with LMS content administration and learner-facing content management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing program assets and documentation.
  • Experience in customer or partner-facing support roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to evaluate AI outputs and apply sound judgment about when a human must decide.
  • Experience managing communications across multiple digital channels (email, community platforms, support portals, learning portals).
  • Experience with localization workflows including machine translation tools and human post-editing processes; able to assess translation quality without necessarily being fluent in the target language.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with revenue operations processes or program administration.
  • Experience with content localization or translation coordination.
  • Experience using AI or workflow tools to automate routine administrative work.
  • Identifies routine administrative and support tasks (status emails, record updates, standard responses) that AI can handle and retires manual steps once automation is in place.
  • Uses AI tools every day in their own work and can show an example where AI changed how the work is done, not just how fast.
  • Evaluates AI output critically for accuracy, bias, privacy and data handling, and knows when a human must decide.
  • Actively explores internal (Cornerstone AI) and external tools, brings recommendations to the team, and retires tools and processes that do not earn their place.
  • Keeps skills current through communities, certifications, hands‑on experimentation and industry learning, and shares what they learn with the team.
How You Work
  • Customer obsessed: Start with the learner’s and the account’s problem, not the tool.
  • Innovate and transform: Challenge the status quo and retire systems and processes that do not earn their place.
  • Proactive leadership: See problems and act before being asked.
  • Get it done: Ship, measure and iterate.
  • Forward looking: Plan for where technology and the business are going.
  • AI native: Use AI daily to rethink work, not just accelerate it.
  • Get uncomfortable to succeed: Take on hard, ambiguous problems and stay with them.
