Job summary

CorroHealth in Hyderabad, India seeks an experienced coding lead to drive day-to-day coding operations and ensure service quality for clients. You will guide a large coding team, review performance, and optimize processes to meet deadlines.

The role requires hands-on coding leadership, strong communication, and proven reporting skills to support revenue cycles and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Life Science graduate with Anatomy/Physiology as main subjects.
• 8–10 years coding experience, at least 4 years leading a team of 30–55.
• Certifications: CPC, COC, CRC, CPCP (AAPC); CCS/CCSP/CCA (AHIMA).
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coding activities to meet customer service and quality goals.
• Act as primary coding contact for Client services and operations.
• Review reports; investigate and fix issues per guidelines.
• Manage multiple tasks and deliver solutions across the company.
• Own team development and lead performance reviews against KRAs.
• Plan resources based on forecasted business volume.
• Improve processes through client feedback and regular interactions.
• Prepare manuals, training kits and process documentation.
• Generate month-end reports and invoices for clients.
• Analyze trends in month-end collections for each client.

Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the Team Member’s performance objectives as outlined by the Team Member’s immediate Leadership Team Member.Roles and Responsibilities:Playing an integral part of coding team and will be responsible for efficient andeffective management of day to day operations.Overseeing coding activities to ensure customer service and quality expectations aremet.Be the primary contact for coding questions relating to Client services and operations.Reviewing reports to identify specific issues, investigate and correct as per the codingguidelines, and implement solutions.Managing multiple tasks and creating solutions from available information.Owning challenging people and project assignments independently with ease anddelivering fulfilment of work across the company.Total ownership and leadership responsibility for team development.Resource Planning based on Business volume forecasting.Continual improvement of process through regular interactions with clients.Preparing manuals, training kit and other documentations for the processesPreparing the month end reports and invoicing the clients.Evaluating the trends and comparison on month end collections for each client.Submitting the annual appraisal report by evaluating the team members on KRAs.Required Expertise & Qualification:Life Science graduation or any equivalent graduation with Anatomy/Physiology asmain subjects.8 10 years of overall coding experience, out of which a minimum 4 years in teamhandling of a team size ranging between 30 to 55 team members.Any one of the following coding certifications CPC, COC, CRC, CPCP from AAPC CCS,CCSP, CCA from AHIMAExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong leadership skills & Outstanding organizational skills.Hands on Experience in generating reports using MS Office Excel, word and MS powerpointPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Note: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described.
