At Delta Technology Hub, Virgin Atlantic team,we’relooking for a Lead Web Developer to play a critical role in delivering world-class digital experiences across Virgin Atlantic's customer channels, including .com and mobile applications. You will lead the front-end engineering craft, setting high standards for coding, performance, security, and accessibility.

You will be hands-on with modern technologies including React, Next.js, and GraphQL, while collaborating closely with designers, product managers, back-end engineers, and external partners.

As a technical expert, you will advocate for the adoption of a scalable design system, promote headless CMS patterns (Adobe AEM/AEP), and uphold best practices across our platforms.

You will also ensure operational excellence through L3 support, production triage, and proactive observability.
