• Lead the veterinary practice for the healthcare center or specialization (e.g. Derma care)
• Recruit, train, develop a team of associate vets, paravets, and handlers.
• Develop strategic partnerships, associations, and network to solve for health care management for pets.
• Mentor and career development for the best veterinary colleges in India.
• Bring international standards in pet handling care and cure to India.
• Play a crucial role in efficient and effective execution of physical outlets.
• Solve for primary preventive predictive planned healthcare in India.
• Manage operational levels – quality and serviceability of outlets.
• Audit reviews and adherence to protocols, processes, workflows in the city.
