  • Advise Compliance and Risk on ongoing and emerging legal risks and support risk management activities.
  • Design governance structures and maintain relationships with technology suppliers; manage remediation plans.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to timelines in reviewing and vetting all official communications and documentations, such as contracts, agreements, and settlements. Perform vendor contract discovery. Collaborate with the internal business partners and procurement team to initiate the associated sourcing activities.
  • Adhere to timelines for processing contract amendments and invoice credits and cancellation cases. Partner with cross functional teams to share best practices and improve communication and procedures.
  • Lead work streams and projects and act as a subject matter expert for work streams related to the transition to new supplier agreements.
  • Advise and assist Compliance and Risk on both ongoing legal risks and anticipate on new legal risks, arising by virtue of new laws or regulations. Assist the Risk Based Supervision Committee to support risk management and mitigation.
  • Oversee supplier management and supplier performance reporting. Perform data collection and analysis. Be responsible for process and SLA management.
  • Design and manage the governance structure, procedures, and activities to effectively manage relationships with technology suppliers. Act as the primary point of contact to effectively manage complex and strategic supplier relationships. Maintain effective relationships with assigned strategic suppliers, including identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Develop and monitor performance remediation plans with outlined timelines in partnership with each supplier/vendor partner.
  • Well versed with third-party risk assessment cycle - actively manage risk assessments, work with third parties on requirements, collaborate with internal teams; SOC reviews; etc.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience of 7+ years in third party management / third party risk management
  • Effective communication/facilitation skills and a demonstrated ability to clearly/persuasively communicate ideas, issues, and recommendations.
