This is a senior-level role. Experience: 7-10 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design efforts for AI-driven applications and platforms.
• Drive creative and strategic design thinking to deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA roles, inclusive design principles).
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data scientists to integrate AI/ML model outputs into user-friendly interfaces.
• Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing design best practices and guidelines.
• Partner with front-end developers to ensure seamless handoff and design implementation.
