DEIC-L&T Precision Engineering & Systems IC in Bengaluru seeks a Lead for Testing, Validation & Certification of high-power converters (MW scale). You will own end-to-end V&V and regulatory approvals across India, EU, and US, from strategy to documentation and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires 10–15+ years in power electronics validation, hands-on MW-scale testing, HIL and automation, and strong knowledge of IEC/UL/IEEE standards for grid-connected systems.

• Bachelor of Technology in Electrical / Power Electronics.
• 10–15+ years of experience in power electronics validation.
• Experience with MW-scale converters and grid-connected systems certification.

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end V&V strategy and certification plans.
• Build MW-scale test benches, grid simulators, and emulators.
• Lead automation and HIL for certification scenarios and testing.
• Validate grid synchronization, protection mechanisms, efficiency & thermal performance.
• Own certification lifecycle with labs, auditors and agencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure first-pass certification.
