Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in India is seeking a senior QA Lead to guide a team of QA Engineers, shaping quality assurance across multiple applications and releases. You will define test strategies, drive automation, coordinate with product, development and operations, and monitor metrics to ensure delivery of high-quality software aligned with Eurofins standards.

You will mentor staff, implement best practices, and champion continuous improvement initiatives across agile squads.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA Engineers to uphold quality standards.
• Define and implement test strategies, plans and QA processes across multiple applications and releases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Operations teams to ensure requirements are testable and meet business expectations.
• Drive test automation adoption and improve regression coverage, optimizing testing efficiency with modern QA tools and frameworks.
• Oversee functional, integration, performance, security, and user acceptance testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Monitor and report key quality metrics such as defect leakage, test coverage, automation coverage, release readiness, and production stability.
• Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality governance activities to reduce recurring issues and improve overall product reliability.
• Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, risk assessments, and release management activities while ensuring compliance with Eurofins quality standards.
