This role ensures that Disaster Recovery (DR), Backup & Recovery, Point-in-Time Recovery (PiTR), Cyber Recovery, Observability, Capacity Management, and Technology Resiliency standards are consistently implemented, measured, and maintained across the organization. The Lead, partners with Infrastructure Engineering, Application Development, Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, SRE, Technology Operations, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Business Continuity teams to ensure technology resiliency controls are effective, compliant, and aligned with regulatory expectations. This position combines strong governance, program management, and technical resiliency knowledge with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly regulated financial services
