We re introducing a local team in LTC who will provide services to the Groups UK based RFB (Group Process Office). This office plays a central role in enabling consistent, governed, and data-driven process management across the organisation.
Working under the direction of the RFB UK Operations, this role involves leading the LTC delivery capability supporting Business Process Intelligence tooling, standards and services across the Group.
The role acts as the technical authority and control owner for BPI tooling and SaaS platforms, ensuring users across the organisation are equipped to model processes correctly and aligned to defined standards and guardrails.
The role works closely with UK partners to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities, translating these into actionable delivery priorities.
The role provides technical leadership and direction to the LTC team delivering platform configuration, support and enhancements and will be accountable for the team's performance. The role partners with Business Units, Platforms, Technology and Control functions to drive consistent adoption of process intelligence capability.
The role supports the development and maturity of process modelling standards and governance approaches and ensures tooling and processes operate in line with risk, control and regulatory expectations. The role maintains alignment between process modelling standards, tooling configuration and business outcomes.
