Job Title: Lead Technical Recruiter
Location: Dehradun (On site)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across our organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent in engineering, data, product, and other technical domains. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior recruiters and helping to shape recruiting strategies, processes, and tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior-level technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Talent Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to build robust pipelines of diverse technical talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with engineering, product, and technical leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of technical recruiters; provide support, share best practices, and help scale the team’s capabilities.
- Sourcing Expertise: Use creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean, referrals, events, etc.) to find passive candidates.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Track and report on hiring metrics and KPIs; use data to optimize recruiting processes and improve time-to-hire and candidate quality.
- Candidate Experience: Champion a top-tier candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and a professional process.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and leadership to promote the company’s employer brand in the tech community.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, Product Management, etc.).
- Leadership: Proven experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams and influencing hiring decisions at leadership levels.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
- Organization: Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical: Comfortable working with recruitment metrics and using data to drive decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
