As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Infrastructure Platforms team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. The Business Enablement and Transformation (BET) team within CFP manages the strategic programs and business operations required to enable CFP to deliver world class products. In this role, you will partner with our Leadership Team, Product Owners, and Engineers around the world to establish and manage best in class strategic programs.

Job responsibilities
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives by partnering with local leads to define agendas, manage meetings, and ensure effective follow-ups.
  • Coordinate large-scale site activities, including seat allocations and logistics, to enhance workplace transparency and collaboration.
  • Lead recognition programs and events, reinforcing a culture of appreciation through regular communications and peer-to-peer awards.
  • Analyse employee feedback and survey results, collaborating with stakeholders to address pain points and track progress on action plans.
  • Organize and promote learning, networking, and team-building sessions, ensuring global visibility through post-event summaries.
  • Establish and oversee portfolio governance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor initiative milestones in Pi and report RAG status against key deliverables.
  • Analyse portfolio data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular portfolio reports for senior management, including the generation of OKR dashboards and highlighting key metrics and project statuses.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline governance processes and support implementation of best practices.
  • Demonstrate high motivation, technology experience, strong communication and analytical skills, experience interacting and presenting to senior leaders, and the critical ability to develop relationships across all seniority levels.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work with senior leaders.
  • Experience taking complex and ambiguous information and refining it into meaningful content and clear action plans.
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Resource Management, Operational Change Management and Portfolio Management
  • Ability to establish and build strong relationships and partnerships across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence across various seniorities, teams, and departments.
  • Self-manages professional development and desire to take on increasing responsibility and project/program ownership.
