Overview

The Data Commercialization Platform (DCP) team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of Mastercard's enterprise Data & AI platform strategy. DCP is Mastercard’s strategic data platform that enables governed, scalable, cloud-native, and AI-ready data capabilities across the organization.

This role is responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives spanning data platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML enablement, governance, FinOps, security, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with exceptional program leadership skills and has a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-scale programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of platform capabilities and strategic outcomes.

Technical Program Leadership

• Drive execution of complex platform initiatives from inception through successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering teams, products, and platform domains.

• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, architecture reviews, PI planning, roadmap reviews, and steering committee meetings.

Operational Excellence

• Drive improvements in delivery processes, execution discipline, operational readiness, and governance.
• Promote best practices in Agile delivery, program management, and platform operations.
• Establish KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure program performance.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Product Delivery, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise technology platforms and transformational initiatives.
