Accendra Health in Pune seeks a Lead Developer (ACIS) to drive design, development and testing of complex AS400-based applications. You will work autonomously and mentor other developers in the team, ensuring robust delivery.

The role emphasizes MQ integrations, Synon, RPG and MOVEIT familiarity, with responsibility for end-to-end implementation and external integrations, documentation and timely status updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an iSeries AS400 full stack developer.
• Hands on experience with Synon, RPG. RPG 4.
• Solid experience designing, developing, installing, deploying, and supporting AS400 solutions.
• Solid experience with MQ integrations
• In depth Integration experience with external applications.
• Familiar with 2E/CM, MOVEIT change management technologies

• Coordinates and schedules the tasks and activities established objectives and takes appropriate action to ensure that objectives are achieved.
• Employs interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to effectively coordinate interrelated activities with coworkers, end-users, and management.
• Reports team progress and status to project leadership and/or management.
• Provides timely status updates.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation and organization skills.
