Job summary

Perficient, a global digital consultancy, seeks a Lead Technical Consultant to join our Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Chennai/Pune/Nagpur team. You will guide end-to-end software delivery, collaborating with solution architects and developers to translate wireframes into scalable designs.

You will leverage AI-enabled platforms, embrace ethical AI practices, and mentor colleagues while driving data-driven testing, Cloud integrations, and multi-platform data flows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data/ETL testing across multi-platform integrations.
• Proficient in Snowflake SQL, data modeling, and Cortex AI familiarity.
• Strong Python experience building data-testing frameworks (pytest, pandas).
• Experience with Salesforce and AWS data flows; client-facing mentoring.

Job Overview

As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.

Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.

A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.

• Strong lead in data/ETL testing, including complex multi-platform integrations
• Deep Snowflake expertise (SQL, staging/DW/mart layers, ideally Cortex AI)
• Strong Python — proven track record architecting a data-testing framework from zero (pytest, pandas, modular/config-driven design)
• Synthetic test data strategy — designing reusable scenario libraries and data generation
• Azure DevOps — Test Plans/Boards, and integrating automated results into it
• Experience validating Salesforce and AWS (Lambda/serverless ETL) data flows
• Data-centric testing depth: source-to-target reconciliation, data-quality dimensions, transformation validation
• Client-facing skills: strategy authoring, estimation, mentoring
• Desirable: GitHub + CI/CD, Power BI / other BI validation; Great Expectations.
