Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, invites a Lead Systems Engineer to define system architecture and requirements, lead integration efforts, and ensure system performance aligned with product objectives. You will guide cross‑functional technical teams and address complex system‑level challenges at the Bengaluru, India site, on‑site with Danaher India Development Center.

The role reports to the IDC Site Leader and is part of Biopharma Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience with requirements and system integration.
• Demonstrated ability in root cause investigation and problem analysis.
• Ability to produce technical and process documentation.

As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will define system architecture and requirements, lead integration activities, and ensure system performance aligns with product objectives. You will lead cross‑functional technical efforts and solve complex system‑level challenges. This position reports to the IDC Site Leader and is part of Biopharma Solutions located in Bengaluru, India at the Danaher India Development Center. This is an on‑site role.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Regulated environments (GMP, ISO)
• Model-based systems engineering
• Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins
