Job summary

Northern Trust in Pune, India is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to transform design into a seamless online platform. You will work in cross-functional teams using Spring Boot, Java Hibernate, React or Angular, and cloud-enabled architectures.

You will contribute to REST/SOAP services, CI/CD workflows, and test automation while aligning with Service, Expertise, and Integrity principles. This role offers a collaborative culture and opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience with Spring Boot Microservices and Java Hibernate/ORM.
• Proficient in REST, SOAP, and web application security.
• Strong knowledge of React or Angular.
• Experience with CI/CD and collaboration tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, GitHub, Confluence).
• Hands-on with unit testing and test automation (JUnit/Jasmine/Jest).
• Understanding of Domain Driven Design and cloud design principles.
• Unix/Linux scripting experience.

• You bring 7 - 12+ years of experience with Spring Boot Microservices and Java Hibernate/ORM


• You are skilled in writing JAVA based batch processing, REST, SOAP, Web application Security.


• You are skilled in working with one of the modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular)


• You have a strong understanding of REST APIs and how to use them in practice.


• You have strong understanding of relational database concepts and have exposure to PL/SQL.


• You have experience with continuous integration and collaboration tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, GitHub and Confluence.


• You have strong experience with unit testing and test automation tools and frameworks like JUnit, Jasmine, Jest etc.


• You have experience in Domain Driven Design


• You have good Understanding of Cloud design principles


• You have exposure to writing UNIX/LINUX scripts
