Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a S4 APS Planning Lead APAC to drive S4 HANA and Kinaxis initiatives for PT COE planning in the APAC region. You will report to the Director Planning COE and work from Bengaluru on a hybrid schedule.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery, process transformation, and adoption of new planning processes and digital tools. This role requires 10+ years in materials management or supply chain and strong SAP

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proven project management experience with data governance and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP and S4 HANA.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support S4 HANA and Kinaxis system implementation as APAC project lead for PT COE planning, SME, Trainer, UAT lead, and post go live support.
• Lead APAC improvements and standardization projects for PT materials planning.
• Assist supply and materials planners in APAC with skills development and troubleshooting for SAP S4/Kinaxis.
• Coordinate ERP/Kinaxis system issue resolution with IT support and analytics teams.
• Drive standard processes and ensure adherence to Honeywell Global Design Model for materials planning.

Job description

S4 APS Planning Lead APAC - You will report directly to our Director Planning COE and you’ll work out of our India location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. By orchestrating the implementation of strategic supply chain initiative of S4 HANA and Kinaxis APS for PT. Your role in collaborating with cross-functional teams will ensure accurate success and on schedule project completion while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Center of Excellence role supporting Process Technology planning:
• Support S4 HANA and Kinaxis system implementation as APAC project lead for PT COE planning, SME, Trainer, UAT lead, and post go live support. Responsible for integrated planning, managing dependencies, cutover readiness, training, adoption, and change management
• Lead APAC improvements and standardization projects for PT materials planning
• Assist supply and materials planners in APAC region with skills development and troubleshooting for SAP S4/ Kinaxis
• Support the transformation of processes, technology & personnel to adapt to the new planning processes & digital environment.
• Coordinate ERP / Kinaxis system issue resolution with the IT support team
• Coordinate with the analytics team on reporting development
• Drive standard processes and ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for materials planning and ensure the full utilization of the S4 tool within PT planning.
• 10+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data governance and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that optimize inventory levels.
