Job description

Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Google Cloud Build. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure platform reliability and operational excellence. Ensure infrastructure scalability, performance, security, and high availability across production environments. Lead incident management activities, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and develop disaster recovery strategies to improve system resilience. Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and improve application reliability using DevOps and SRE best practices. Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and security compliance. Develop automation scripts and continuously improve infrastructure management and deployment processes.

What You Know

Must have 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Cloud Engineering. Should have strong hands‑on experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Must have expertise in GCP services, including: Compute Engine Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Cloud Functions / Cloud Run Cloud Storage BigQuery Pub/Sub IAM and Networking Should possess strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, and Ansible. Must have experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Google Cloud Build. Should have strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, Go, or Java. Must possess a solid understanding of Linux administration, networking, cloud architecture, and cloud security. Should have experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Google Cloud Monitoring. Must possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams is preferred.

Education

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
